Why I built this
Many people in rural and semi-urban areas travel long distances to visit hospitals or clinics. After their first consultation, they are often asked to return for follow-up visits, tests, or medication reviews. But because of distance, busy schedules, or simply forgetting, many patients miss these follow-ups. Today, almost everyone uses a mobile phone, and WhatsApp is one of the most common communication tools. I built DocFollow to make hospital follow-ups simple, seamless, and accessible through WhatsApp so patients can stay connected easily without needing a separate app.
